Moss Boss Tonic 500ml is an Atlantic Irish Sea Moss(aka Carrageen Moss) based tonic combined with Apple Cider Vinegar, Root Ginger, Clementines & Raw Honey.

All of these are certified organic, sustainably harvested & locally sourced. Blended & bottled in Ballyvaughan Co.Clare.

Inspired by traditional uses of Irish Sea Moss in coastal Irish communities to support immune health.

Directions for use;

For immune & gut maintenance, 50ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection, 30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children, 15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.

This recipe has been developed by chefs in the West of Ireland and tested by life science labs in Ireland.
